One is advised to take at least 8 glasses of water daily. Colorful vegetables and fruits are also helpful. These include purple, green, yellow, orange and red vegetables and fruits. Taking fresh seeds is also essential including ground linseed, hemp, sesame, sunflower and pumpkin.
